This 4-bedroom home-away-from-home is outfitted with your comfort, fun and convenience in mind for your time in Woods Hole or Falmouth. Walk or bike to the village of Woods Hole or beaches. Ride, skate, run or walk the Shining Sea Bike Path. Eat out on the deck (or grill your catch of the day!) while any young ones play in the yard or laze in the hammock. Play board games, watch a DVD, borrow a book, or challenge a friend to Foosball.

Our kitchen has a gas stove, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker (and a multi-cup coffee maker), microwave, and everything you'll need to cook, bake and serve. Our dining room table extends to seat 10 -- or eat at the picnic table on the deck.

Information on local attractions and restaurants is provided so you can plan your adventures. We enjoy the beaches, the bike path, day trips to Martha's Vineyard, and Cape Cod Baseball League games in Falmouth. Where will you explore from this comfortable home base?

Our family stayed for a few weeks in June while we did some work at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole. The house is in excellent condition and had a ton of room for everyone. The large deck out back with the grill and big yard were a huge plus. The kitchen and bathrooms are brand new and we had plenty of room to spread out.The neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly. The owners were kind enough to leave all sorts of beach stuff for us to use which the kids appreciated. The location is great. While this house is not on the beach it is vey convenient to the bike path from which you can easily get to a number of different beaches. It is a 3 minute drive (10 min bike) to Woods Hole, and maybe a 10 minute drive (20 min bike) to Falmouth, so it is very well situated. We highly recommend staying here and would certainly consider coming back next year! Carlos A. 2016
